OUCH: Power Lifter's Knees & Quads Snap At Competition


The reigning champion at the World Raw Powerlifting Federation European Championships suffered a horrifying injury as he tried to defend his title.

Alexander Sedykh's knees and quads snapped as he tried to lift nearly 900 pounds.

He says he's had his quads re-sewn and his fractured knees put back together and will have to learn to walk again.
