A Florida man is facing charges after he allegedly shot a Walmart delivery drone out of the sky as it was making a mock delivery in Lake Lousia.

The drone was shot down by 72-year-old Dennis Winn, according to the arrest affidavit.

Winn is charged with shooting a deadly missile into dwellings, criminal mischief, and discharging a firearm in public or on residential property.

Winn reportedly used a 9mm handgun to shoot down the drone telling police he thought he was under surveillance.

The Walmart drone program crew found a bullet hole in the drone's payload rendering it inoperable and impacting business operations.

He was released on $13,500 bond.
