A Florida woman who stole and sold the diary belonging to President Biden's daughter, Ashley Biden, will spend a month in prison.

The owner of the home Biden lived in allowed her to store items there after she left in 2020.

Federal prosecutors said Aimee Harris then found the items after she moved in and sold the diary to conservative activist group Project Veritas who paid 20-grand for the items.

Court records show Harris had initially tried to sell Ashley Biden's private writings to Donald Trump's presidential election campaign in 2020.

A New York judge handed down the sentence Tuesday that also calls for three years of supervised release.
