(Scotland) - The biggest search for Scotland's legendary Loch Ness Monster in 50 years is set to begin later this month.

Thermal drones fitted with infrared cameras will fly over the lake in the Scottish Highlands to search the depths for the elusive creature.

Also, a hydrophone will be used to detect any unusual underwater sounds.

Of course, for an extra fee, tourists can book a boat trip on the loch during this weekend for a chance to listen for sonar sounds while the search is underway.

Organizers say the search will be the biggest since the early 1970s.
