United Airlines is working to contain the damage after a passenger was dragged off a flight over the weekend. Video of the man being removed by police and security at Chicago's O'Hare Airport Sunday went viral.
United CEO Oscar Munoz offered an apology and promised to fix any problems that led to the incident. Munoz also said the airline takes "full responsibility" and that it will "work to make it right." Furthermore, "USA Today" reports that the company is walking back its initial statement saying that the flight was overbooked.
