Big Celebration Planned for Former President Carter's 100th Birthday

America's oldest living former president, Jimmy Carter, is turning 100 years old in the Fall.

So, The Carter Center is celebrating in a major way with “Jimmy Carter 100: A Celebration in Song,” to take place on Sept. 17 at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta.

Tickets cost $100 each and go on sale online on Aug. 5th.

Prominent artists are set to perform special tributes as guests celebrate the former president’s "legacy of service to humanity," per the release.

The 39th President has been in hospice care since 2023.
