Japanese telecommunication firms have developed the world’s first 6G device, achieving data transmission speeds 20 times faster than 5G.
The new 6G technology reaches up to 100 gigabits per second at distances of 100 meters.
This technology operates in higher frequency bands which presents new challenges and requiring entirely new wireless devices.
Finland and India are also teaming up to develop 6G technologies.
