Polk County, FL - Three individuals have been arrested in Polk County for operating an illegal mobile marijuana dispensary.
Authorities say Daniel McCreary, Jimmy Andrial, and Bianca Andrial were apprehended after a concerned citizen reported suspicious activity in the parking lot of a shopping center.
Deputies discovered the trio selling marijuana from a bus, despite not having the necessary medical cards.
The suspects were found in possession of a large quantity of marijuana, including over 20 grams, drug paraphernalia, and packaging materials.
They refused to disclose the source of their marijuana, and the sheriff's office is still investigating this aspect of the case.
All three individuals face multiple charges, including possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and keeping a vehicle for drug sales.
McCreary also faces charges of resisting arrest and possession of cocaine. Jimmy Andrial faces charges of threatening a public servant.
The bus used for the illegal operation was on display at the Polk County Sheriff's Office during the press conference.
The sheriff's office is continuing to investigate the case and may file additional charges.
