McDonald's Worker Arrested After Allegedly Threatening Customer with Gun

Naples, FL - A Naples McDonald's drive-thru worker was arrested on Sunday morning for allegedly threatening a customer with a gun.

According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the restaurant on Airport Road North around 2:30 a.m. after a report of a customer being threatened with a gun.

The investigation revealed that the victim and his friends became upset after receiving an automated message when they tried to order through the drive-thru intercom.

The victim reportedly swore, and an employee, identified as 22-year-old Quincy Williams Jr., refused to serve them food.

The victim went inside the restaurant to order instead but was confronted by Williams again.

CCSO says Williams pulled out a gun from his waistband and pointed it at the victim's head while threatening to kill him.

The victim returned to his car and called 911.

Video footage captured the altercation, which showed Williams holding a gun.

Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated assault without the intent to kill.
