No Bond For Convicted Felon Charged In The Massive Miami Fire

No bond for a 74-year-old convicted felon behind bars for a shooting and three-alarm fire at a Miami apartment building. Miami Assistant Fire Chief Chiquita Butler says Juan Figueroa is being held on several charges including attempted murder and first-degree arson in the incident leaving a 30-year-old apartment employee injured. Figueroa was armed with a black revolver and five live rounds when he was arrested. He was charged with second-degree attempted murder and aggravated assault in 1992. The State Fire Marshal's office is investigating, the Red Cross is helping displaced residents.
