A video spreading online has the attention of state environmental officials. The Instagram video recorded Sunday shows people on a boat named "Halcyon," dumping trash into Boca Inlet and some on the boat cheering.
The FWC says it's aware of the video and is investigating. The boat owner has been identified, officials say, and they're working to identify all the other involved.
