A series of seven town halls on the "Redefining Our Schools" initiative kicks off tonight in Broward. Spokesman John Sullivan says Superintendent Howard Hepburn will present information received from the Community Conversations in February. The board is expected to make final decisions in June. The goal is to reduce the number of under-enrolled schools to ensure equitable funding. Broward currently has sixty-seven under-enrolled schools operating at 70-percent capacity or less.
