Longtime Boca Raton resident Dion DiMucci one of four musicians being honored tonight (WED) at the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music in New Jersey.
John Mellencamp, Jackson Browne, Dion Dimucci and Mavis Staples will receive the foundation's second annual American Music Honors. The center celebrates the history of American music and its diversity of artists and genres.
Dion moved from the Bronx to Boca in 1968, and is best known for his hits "Runaround Sue", "The Wanderer", and "A Teenager in Love"
