A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Wednesday for the new luxury condo project called "South Flagler House" in downtown West Palm Beach.
It will consist of two 28-story towers, featuring more than a hundred condos and is being built by developer Related Companies, which was founded by Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross.
Units will be priced starting at $5.9 million.
The project is scheduled to be complete in 2027. It's one of several high-end developments underway along Flagler Drive.
