Miami Beach Convenience Store Robbed, Car Stolen From Condo Building

Miami Beach, FL - Miami Beach police are searching for two suspects who raided a condo building's convenience store, stole cash and beer, before stealing a resident's vehicle and fleeing the scene.

Police are investigating the break-in and auto theft that occurred late Friday night at the Maison Grande Condominium on Collins Avenue.

Surveillance footage captured one of the two suspects raiding the building's convenience store, stealing beers and cash.

The footage captured the suspects searching for valuables inside the convenience store before ultimately targeting a car.

The stolen vehicle is a light blue 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe belonging to resident Katie Ferrer.

Ferrer expressed disbelief at the brazenness of the crime, stating the perpetrator spent over an hour on the property.

The Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD) is currently investigating the theft.

Officer Christopher Bess, an MBPD spokesperson, confirmed ongoing inquiries and urged anyone with information to contact the department's Criminal Investigations Division.

Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward for information leading to an arrest.
