Miami-Dade, FL - A Miami-Dade massage therapist faces sexual battery charges after a client accused him of assaulting her during a session on Monday.
Authorities say 29-year-old Georges Marquis Plummer was arrested after a 31-year-old woman reported that he inappropriately touched her and performed several sexual acts without her consent during a massage at OUM Lymphatic Massage on West Dixie Highway.
According to a police report, the assault occurred around 9:15 a.m. and lasted for 10-20 minutes.
The victim told police she tried to stop Plummer several times, but he continued the assault.
This was reportedly the victim's third massage with Plummer, and she stated there had never been any prior issues.
Plummer's attorney argued in court that his client has no prior criminal record and has been married for four years.
A Miami-Dade judge set Plummer's bond at $10,000 and ordered him to stay away from the victim.
Plummer remained in jail as of Tuesday afternoon.
