Police say two "very violent" individuals are off the streets after last week's mall shooting.

Palm Beach Gardens Police Chief Clint Shannon first announced on Tuesday the arrest of one man, and soon after had news that the second person involved in the shooting at the Gardens Mall on Valentine's Day had been taken into custody following a car chase.

28-year old Devon Graham is accused of shooting 28-year old Kemarcio Mitchell inside the mall and police recovered Graham's car in the parking lot with several illegal items inside.

"An AK-47 assault rifle, another handgun and narcotics packaged for sale that included fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana."

Chief Shannon says Mitchell was aggressively approaching Graham with a gun concealed under his shirt just before he was shot. Mitchell was then spotted discarding a pistol outside.
