27 year old Tyler Baeder is facing charges of false report of a bomb and resisting arrest without violence.
He's being held without bond.
The upper level of Terminal One was evacuated Sunday evening, as the bomb squad investigated. It took three hours before the scene was cleared. No bomb was found.
