A Broward mother is out of jail this Friday morning after posting bond overnight, following her arrest on Wednesday for alleged child abuse on her 6 year old son. Police say the incident showing 47 year old Pamela Gaensel yanking the child out of her car, hitting him and even throwing a car booster seat at him was caught on video. In court on Wednesday, the state presented evidence showing the minor child had welts and bruises to his face, back and arms.
The child and 2 older children in the car at the time are staying with their father, Gaensel is ordered to stay away from them.
The Florida Department of Children and Families continues to investigate.
