Aventura, FL - A 22-year-old South Florida man was arrested on Friday after he allegedly filmed a naked woman inside of a dressing room stall at Aventura Mall's Forever 21 store.
Authorities say Enzo Mariano Lucero, a resident of Miami, was caught filming a naked woman inside a dressing room stall.
According to police, an employee became suspicious of Lucero, who was inside a dressing room stall but not trying on any clothes.
When the employee approached him and asked if he needed assistance, Lucero responded "No, just taking pictures for my girlfriend."
Investigators say the victim was relocated to a neighboring dressing room to try on clothes.
However, the distressed victim returned to the employee just minutes later and reported that someone in the adjacent stall had been recording her.
The employee approached Lucero and inquired if he was taking pictures of others, before informing him that she was contacting mall security and the police.
The responding officer detained Lucero with the assistance of mall security.
Lucero denied any wrongdoing, proclaiming his innocence as he was escorted out of the store.
Upon interviewing the victim, she revealed that she had been fully undressed when she noticed a red phone being pointed underneath her dressing room stall.
Lucero was arrested on one count of video voyeurism.
