Police investigating the murder of a Volusia County man whose body was found in South Florida are now shifting their focus to Central Florida.
A West Palm Beach Police spokesman says tips led detectives to three bars in Deltona, where 56-year old William Tempesta lived.
He was shot to death and his body was dumped in an area near the Turnpike in West Palm Beach earlier this month.
Investigators say the man was at one of the bars in the early morning hours of September 9th and was at his home that afternoon.
Tempesta would be found dead the next day. Police are trying to piece together a timeline of what happened in between and the reward for tips leading to an arrest in the case has increased to $5,000.
