"Potholepalooza" Kicks Off In Miami-Dade

"Potholepalooza" kicking off in Miami-Dade where residents are being encouraged to report potholes plaguing their commutes. Commissioner Danielle Cohen Higgins says her district, which includes Palmetto and Cutler Bays plus north Homestead, has a disproportionately higher number of potholes compared to the rest of the county. Since January, the Public Works Department has replaced four-hundred-and-fifty potholes in District Eight. Potholes are not just a nuisance, they can be dangerous, causing vehicles to lose control.
