Students, advocates and lawmakers take to the steps of the State Capitol today for the "Youth Power Rally" against so-called attacks on race, gender identity, sexual orientation and education. State Senator Shevrin Jones says the expansion of the "Stop Woke Act" is outright dangerous and he accuses Governor DeSantis of talking out of both sides of his mouth. DeSantis defends the Act, saying the teaching of black history is required in Florida schools and has mocks suggestions he's attempting to censor it. He says the state wants education, not indoctrination.
