Floridians Against Increased Rates attorney Robert Wright argues the Public Service Commission's settlement agreement does not comply with Florida law and is not in the public interest, leading to unfair rate hikes. But F-P-L attorney Douglas Sunshine says the P-S-C unanimously approved the settlement for a reason. No word yet on when the justices will hand down a ruling.
