A Palm Beach County man was arrested after he allegedly shot a neighbor during an argument over loud music on Christmas Eve.
Zachary Hernando Moncada, 31, was arrested by Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies after witnesses told authorities Moncada shot the neighbor in the back as the two argued over loud music.
Relatives of the victim held Moncada down until deputies arrived and arrested him.
The victim was taken to West Boca Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition on Saturday.
Deputies charged Moncada with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault with a firearm, battery and carrying a concealed firearm during commission of a felony.
Moncada was being held without bail Saturday in the Palm Beach County Jail.
