NORTH PORT -- Searchers plan to return to the Carlton Reserve in North Port Wednesday morning, to continue looking for Brian Laundrie, boyfriend and person of interest in the Gabby Petito death investigation.
A North Port police spokesman says officers, deputies and FBI agents found no sign of Laundrie Tuesday, as they explored a mostly swampy area on the Venice side of the Carlton Reserve. Law enforcement agencies have been looking for Laundrie in the nature preserve since the weekend, after Laundrie's family reported him missing.
