CFO Patronis Says Disney Should Do Same As Tom Brady & Move To Florida

Disney officials are reportedly looking into moving some of its divisions from California to Florida.

The company's CEO has called California's COVID policies "arbitrary."

One example is that Disneyland has remain closed since March of last year, while Disney World in Orlando has been back open since the summer, after closing in March.

State Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis was on Fox & Friends First on Fox News Wednesday, saying bring on those jobs.

"Florida is for winners. (Disney CEO) Bob Chapek ought to do the exact same thing Tom Brady did and move to the state of Florida. We just put on a successful Super Bowl. He walked away an MVP."

Several major corporations have left California in the past year. Patronis says he'd love to have Disney become one of those that relocated to our state.

"Disney already has a proven track record here. We'd just like them to grow and expand their business."
