Miami Beach Commissioners Meet In-Person For First Time Since Spring

Miami-Beach commissioners meeting for the 1st time in-person in months today. Under the governor's orders --saying local governments can no longer meet remotely-Miami Beach commissioners head back to City Hall today. Commissioner Michael Gongora says the recent surge shows just how important it is to keep your social distance and continue wearing a mask-even though there's no state mandate. He says he does not want to be put in a position where they have to start shutting things down again--especially ahead of the holidays.
