Electric scooters under the microscope in Miami this morning. Commission Chair Ken Russell says they're a holding a special meeting to discuss reinstating the recently canceled pilot program that began in 2018. Advocates say the scooters ease congestion, improve mobility and have created just over 2-million-dollars for city bike lanes and road improvements. But, opponents say the scooters are dangerous, often used by underaged reckless drivers creating cluttered sidewalks plagued with problems.
