Fort Lauderdale police need help catching a man who detectives say grabbed, choked and slammed a woman on the ground before beginning to drag her.
The attack happened in the 500 block of East Las Olas Boulevard just before 6:00 a.m. on September 9th.
A good Samaritan was able to intervene and save the woman.
The man fled on a bike before officers arrived.
The suspect is described as a tall, black man in his 30s with short hair.
Detectives do not believe there are other victims.
