"Sorry! No big girls for this party," says an invite to a Miami, Florida party bus -- something Fallon Melillo didn't think was going to be taken seriously until she was allegedly denied entry to the event.

The tourist told NBC 6 that she and her friends were in South Beach and dropped by DAER Dayclub at the Hard Rock Hotel. Just as they were about to board the party bus, Melillo reportedly was told she couldn't get on.

"I was embarrassed, humiliated, my friends made me feel better, but in that moment, I felt very small," Melillo described the July 31 incident. Reporters said a promoter sold the women the tickets. “The promoter asked how many girls, didn’t disclose any information or ask for pictures."

The night before the event, Milello noticed an Eventbrite posting by Spring Break Miami Party Service, which hosted the event. On top of the "no big girls" comment, it reportedly added, "The doorman is very strict on appearance ... please don’t waste your time nor ours if you don’t meet the qualifications."

“All my friends were like, no way nobody would do that. We just went the next day," Milello said. After the alleged incident, she posted about her experience on TikTok and the video went viral.

"NBC 6 was able to contact a rep for Spring Break Miami Party Service – they say that the posting was written by a third party that they had contracted out to and that they don’t actually run the party bus," reporters said. "In a statement, they said the posting was 'hurtful, offensive, inappropriate and never should’ve run in the first place.'"

Hard Rock, which owns DAER, also announced that they "swiftly terminated its relationship with this independent event promoter after an internal investigation." The club also offered Melillo and her friends were a VIP experience, NBC 6 added.
