Palm Beach County Circuit Court Race Heads To Recount, Then Runoff

An automatic recount was triggered in a Florida judicial race from Tuesday.

The Palm Beach County Circuit Court race in Group 30 is heading to a runoff between the incumbent, Judge Jaimie Goodman and one of his two challengers in the primary.

Goodman came out on top, but candidate Adam Myron has a 0.17 of a percent lead over Caryn Siperstein.

Under state law, that leads to an automatic recount, potentially by both machine and hand. The elections supervisor says that will happen sometime by Sunday.
