Human Blood Used To Spice Up Blood Sausage

 

Blood sausage has been around for centuries, but a man in Spain makes blood sausage using human blood.

The Russian television network RT posted video that shows a clinical-looking setup as the "chef" has his blood drawn and then mixed with a meat mixture.

The sausage is then rolled in a casing and boiled.

The video goes on to show a woman eating the sausage on a small piece of toast.
