I’ve shared a lot about becoming a millionaire over the years, starting with my Millionaire Plan which demonstrates how the average person making the average income can become a millionaire in under 25 years. I’m as enthusiastic about financial success today as I was over 18 years ago. I love seeing people work hard, save and invest wisely and achieve their financial dreams. Over the course of my career, the stories that rolled in along those lines from early listeners are among my all-time favorites. The country provides us with all of the opportunities we need. It’s just a matter of working smart, hard and having a sound plan to invest. That’s exactly what we have going on in record numbers in the U.S.
Over the past year, the U.S. added 675,000 millionaires. We now have a record of 18.6 million millionaires. That’s exciting. In fact, the US has only 4.4% of the world’s population but 40% of the world’s millionaires. That’s how great the opportunity is here. You’re literally ten times more likely to achieve financial success in the US than the rest of the world.
In the United States, on average we create 1,850 millionaires per day. Ignore those who complain about the financial success of others and get out there and make it happen for yourself. As long as you don’t make the mistake of voting for the people who’ll take that opportunity away from you. There's never been a better time to achieve your goals and financial dreams than right now and right here.
