Most Workers Have Cried on the Job

Your office isn't always the "Happiest Place on Earth."

A new study shows 8 in 10 workers admit to crying while on the job and nearly half say their boss has driven them to tears.

The study also found about 14-percent of workers cry at least once a week and some even sob daily.

Career site Monster.com conducted the study that found workers can be pushed to tears because of their workload, their boss, and even bullying by coworkers.

When people do need a good cry, they usually go to a quiet place in the building, like an empty conference room or the bathroom.
