A Florida judge is issuing an emergency order to keep prosecutors from releasing police videos, taken of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft a Florida spa. Yesterday, the Palm Beach County State Attorney announced plans to share the videos publicly in a court filing citing Florida's disclosure laws.
The videos allegedly show Kraft engaging in sex acts at a massage parlor on two occasions in January. But later in the day the judge in the case ruled the video should not be made public, and a hearing will be held in two weeks to discuss the matter further.
The 77-year-old billionaire is charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution.
