The Chinese national accused of lying to gain access to President Trump's Mar-a-Lago club could be granted bail today.
Even if a federal magistrate agrees to set bail for Yujing Zhang, there's little chance she'll be released from jail.
The government revoked the visa of the 32-year-old following her arrest last month.
Zhang was carrying two passports, four cellphones, and a memory stick with malware when she was arrested at the club, claiming to be there for a conference.
She is charged with lying to the Secret Service, but the FBI is looking into possible charges of espionage.
