2019 Tortuga Music Festival Rocks Ft. Lauderdale Beach

Ft. Lauderdale Beach park will be packed with thousands of country music lovers this weekend for the 2019 Tortuga Music Festival. Ft. Lauderdale Police Detective Tracy Figone says with 30-thousand people expected to attend, your bet is to stay off the road and take a Water Taxi or Uber instead. Headliners include Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, Sheryl Crow and Kenny Chesney.

Tortuga was created to generate awareness and raise funds for ocean conservation by the "Rock The Ocean" Foundation which has set up a Conservation Village. Experts are on hand there to answer questions about Overfishing, Shark Conservation, and Marine Pollution.
