The Liberty City man accused of shooting his pregnant girlfriend is expected to go before a judge today.
Xavier Raymond Del Toro surrendered to police on Tuesday.
Investigators say Del Toro shot the woman twice on Saturday at their apartment on NW 11th Place.
She survived and later gave birth to a healthy baby.
Del Toro is charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery of a pregnant victim.
