Deputies say the driver stopped his car to allow the pedestrian to pass in front of him and then he deliberately turned in the direction of the victim, striking him with his car. The Broward Sheriff's Office says the victim suffered a broken leg during the February 23 attack in the Publix parking lot at 950 E. Commercial Blvd. and they're hoping the public can help them identify the suspect seen in the surveillance video. The driver's car is possibly a KIA Soul.
