An employee at a Pet Supermarket located in Culter Bay Florida was arrested after a customer accused him of using his cell phone to record up her skirt.
According to an arrest affidavit, a customer was getting assistance from Joanka Ortiz about a dog product. The women claims he told her to "look closely at the ingredients on the label," when he started recording video under her skirt. She noticed what Ortiz was doing, backed away and called police.
The 21-year-old now faces a charge of video voyeurism. He was arrested and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Police impounded his cellphone as evidence.
