A Priest in Homestead ia arrested on charges that he sexually battered an incapacitated victim.
JeanClaude Jean-Philippe is listed as the parochial vicar at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
The Miami Herald reports that his victim is a parishione who used to bring him food.
The victim told police that Jean-Philippe gave her a drink.
She says that later she passed out and woke up naked in bed with him.
