Verizon Wireless is looking into texting outages affecting Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, and Pennsylvania customers.
The mobile giant responded to complaints via Twitter saying, “we have confirmed there is a texting outage on the east coast, our technicians are fully aware we have a ton of customers that are being affected, and we’re working non-stop to get this matter resolved as soon as possible.”
The majority of complaints from customers mention they are unable to send or receive text messages.
