The Coast Guard stopping a chartered boat operating illegally on Biscayne Bay.
The 45-foot "Sea You Twerk" had 14 passengers on board when it was stopped for a safety check on Sunday.
The Coast Guard crew found that the boat didn't have the right paperwork, a "credentialed mariner," or a program that tests the captain for drugs and alcohol.
The Coast Guard recommends that anyone chartering a boat carefully research its owner and operator.
