A Broward man is beginning 2019 behind bars after he's accused of a Christmas Day murder at a gas station.
Fort Lauderdale police announcing with the help of U.S. Marshals they were able to arrest Jeffery Sapp yesterday in Coral Springs.
He's charged with premeditated murder.Surveillance video from the Westar on West Broward Boulevard shows a car pull up moments before the victim and the driver jump out and ambush Emmanuel Watts.

Fort Lauderdale police detectives hope by releasing graphic surveillance video from a gas station, someone will be able to help them capture a Christmas Day killer.
The video shows a black Dodge Dart pull up to the Westar on West Broward Boulevard shortly before Emmanuel Watts does.
As soon as the 44-year-old gets out of the SUV, the Dart's driver jumps out and opens fire.
The shooter stares down Watts who ran into the station before walking back to his car and driving away.
