Residents of some Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods are being told to boil their water.
A precautionary boil water notice is in effect from Northeast 32nd Street and Oakland Park Boulevard and Northeast 27th and 36th Avenues.
A second zone runs from Oakland Park Boulevard to Northeast 29th Street between Northeast 29th Terrace and Bayview Drive.
Water main repairs are blamed for the alert.
