MSD Families Want State Fund To Compensate Them

Families of the Parkland shooting victims are asking state lawmakers to create a special compensation fund.  During a meeting with the Broward School Board and Broward's legislative delegation, survivors told their stories of hardship and trauma since the February attack at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

The families did not say how large the compensation fund should be.  Lawmakers say they will work on solutions during the next session.
