Miami-Dade's library maintenance fleet is grounded after someone went on a smash and grab spree overnight.
He targeted ten county vehicles parked outside the West Dade Regional Library.
Manager Jim Rustin estimates with every vehicle having at least one window broken, it will cost the county at least $5,000 in repairs.
They haven't even been able to complete an inventory to determine everything that was stolen.
The crime was caught on surveillance video, but detectives weren't able to get a good look at the suspect's face.
