A few changes are in store for Miami Beach....
Officials say that possession of Liquid Nicotine Vaporizers by minors is now strictly prohibited.
Authorities will begin imposing penalties for establishments that sell them to minors.
Additionally, the city is changing it's noise ordinance for Ocean Drive, allowing only businesses between 9th and 11th streets to play loud music.
Businesses outside those two blocks will face a warning or a fine.
That ordinance is set to go into effect on October 27th.
