Health officials from around the Sunshine State want students to understand the dangers of electronic cigarettes.
Local officials have labeled Wednesday the first statewide "Not A Lab Rat Day."
Students Working Against Tobacco chapters launching the E(liminate)-Cigs Campaign.
They want teens to know most e-cigarettes do contain nicotine and can harm their developing brains.
In Florida this year, nearly 16 percent of kids 11 to 17 say they have used e-cigs... compared to less than 10 percent last year.
